The VK 5K

We're doing a virtual 5k so it can be an inclusive opportunity for anyone to do a 5k. Participants will track their own progress and can do it in one go or over a period of time. Whether participants are running, walking, or rolling (and participating in a wheelchair or with a caregiver's assistance!) it's all in support of the teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at VK. And our members will be doing the 5k as well and sharing videos of their progress!
